These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and z3game ("z3game", "the Company", "we", "us"), governing your use of the z3game website located at https://z3game.bet and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with z3game's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. z3game makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

To register and use the z3game Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of z3game or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a z3game account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or in a state of impaired judgment.

z3game reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including CNIC verification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by z3game may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

Each individual may register only one account on the z3game Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information current and to notify z3game promptly of any changes by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your z3game account. You must:

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential at all times.
• Not share account access with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify z3game immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

z3game will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from z3game that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

z3game reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence ("EDD") checks on any account at any time, including during an active withdrawal request. These checks are conducted in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and international gaming license requirements. Until EDD is satisfactorily completed, account withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

z3game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No cryptocurrency or international card transactions are currently accepted on the Platform.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability of the relevant payment network. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard. z3game does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be released to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule").
• Full KYC verification, including CNIC document submission and facial verification, must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days under standard conditions. VIP Black Diamond tier members receive priority processing within four hours during business hours.
• z3game reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals above PKR 100,000 or where transaction patterns trigger risk thresholds.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of the associated bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, z3game reserves the right to reverse that credit in full, regardless of whether intervening wagers have been placed against the erroneously credited amount. It is your responsibility to notify z3game of any apparent account crediting errors immediately upon discovery.

z3game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all z3game bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is PKR 500 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period specified on the promotion page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage wagering, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any winnings derived from the abusive activity.

z3game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect Players who are already in active compliance with the promotion terms at the time of the change.

All bets and wagers placed on the z3game Platform are final once confirmed. z3game does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances where z3game determines, in its sole discretion, that a technical or pricing error has occurred.

Sports Betting: All cricket, PSL, and other sports betting markets are governed by z3game's sportsbook rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. For PSL markets, the most recent ICC and PCB match status determinations will be used as the basis for settlement.

Casino & Live Games: All RNG casino games are certified by an independent third-party auditor and operate with verifiable random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers and recorded in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection in accordance with the relevant game rules.

Maximum Winnings: z3game applies a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit and a maximum daily winnings cap as specified in your account tier documentation. Players are encouraged to review these limits in their account settings before placing large wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z3game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting any third party to do so.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are void.
• Colluding with other Players, or with z3game employees, to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or other corrupt activity affecting the integrity of games or sports markets.
• Attempting to access the z3game Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z3game customer support agents or other Players via any communication channel.

z3game employs advanced fraud detection systems including IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and transaction behaviour analysis. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in account closure and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the z3game Platform — including but not limited to the z3game brand name and logo, game titles (including Captain's Bounty and Bingo Adventure), software, graphics, text, data, audiovisual content, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of z3game or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z3game content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any z3game software.
• Use z3game's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by z3game.
• Create derivative works based on any z3game content or software.

z3game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at z3game.bet/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

z3game uses your personal data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. z3game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services, subject to binding data processing agreements.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you may lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding you of the duration and cost of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, marketing communications will also be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing lists immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z3game's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z3game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or z3game was advised of the possibility of such damages.

z3game does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error.
• Any specific game, market, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
• The Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, though all reasonable technical precautions are taken.

z3game shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond z3game's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network infrastructure failure, regulatory intervention, or force majeure events.

You may close your z3game account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

z3game may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other z3game policy.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, z3game reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of its internal investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, winnings derived from the breach may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z3game holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through z3game's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent z3game from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

z3game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z3game will provide at least 7 days' notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where possible, by sending an email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the version currently in force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
